Owen W Never would have expected the band behind The Cumback 2006 to cum back with a legitimately great death metal album. Though no longer strictly pornogrind, Gut's old style still peppers the albums, between the lyrics, the sampled audio, occasional gutteral vocals, and of course, the song titles. The mostly mid-paced death metal melodies help the album go down easy and the songs to stay distinct. Favorite track: DISCIPLES OF SMUT.

Püttkieker GUT is back with a killer album. Sick, filthy and bad to the bone!
My Verdict: Album of the year 2020. Favorite track: DICKSLAPPED AND SHRINKWRAPPED.

The oldschool veterans GUT are back with a bang!
For years it was quiet about GUT, the last album "The Cumback" is already 14 years old and now GUT are back with their new album "Disciples of Smut".
The sound has been massively developed. "Disciples of Smut" is a mixture of Goregrind, Bestial Black Metal, Death Metal, Doom, Noise and Drone.
Faster, slower, harder, nastier, more atmospheric and more metallic than anything you've ever known from GUT.
The following guest vocalists can be heard on the album to provide further variety:
